I couldn't have asked for a better stay at the lodge! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly, and the location was top-notch. Sadly, the dining options left something to be desired. Despite that, the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.

Rooms
8.0
The room was ready and waiting for us, perfect for our toddler. The laundry room nearby was convenient, and we had a cozy break room across from our room.
Service
9.0
The service was wonderful and very helpful. The staff were all very nice and accommodating.
Location
7.0
Being on the lake was breathtaking, but the lodge felt a bit outdated and cramped for the number of guests. Still, it's a beautiful spot for an upscale resort experience.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was not as good as expected, with limited options and lukewarm food. More fruit and bread choices would have been nice.
Facilities
7.0
The lodge offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were convenient and met our needs.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room had a small balcony, which was a nice touch, but unfortunately, it only had a single chair. The tub and shower in the room were small and dated compared to the rest of the room. I had a pool view, which was nice, but it was difficult to see the lake, which was actually what I had paid for. However, the room on the 1st floor with the large walk-out patio was great.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and comfortable, but the tub and shower were a bit dated. The small balcony only had one chair.
Service
7.0
The service at the hotel was friendly overall. However, there was one staff member who seemed to be more interested in entertaining her girlfriend than attending to guests during my stay.
Location
9.0
The location of the hotel was very central, making it convenient to access local areas. It was nice being right off the lake, but the new recreation area was a bonus.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were a bit pricey and lacked flavor or substance. The $15 price for dining without even having an omelet station was disappointing.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities at the hotel were adequate overall.

Staying at the Quality Inn in Lake Ozark was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while spacious and comfortable, felt a bit outdated with thin walls. The service was friendly and attentive, but the dining experience could use improvement. The location by the water was lovely, albeit with a few flaws. Overall, it offered a decent value for the money.

Service
8.0
The service at HK's was very friendly and attentive.
Location
7.0
The location by the water was really nice, giving a sense of staying in an upscale resort. However, the chairs looked old and worn, detracting slightly from the overall experience.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience, while excellent with a wide variety, had a downside of high prices. For $40 for 2 people, it could have been better in terms of value.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, but there were areas that could use enhancement, especially for the price paid.
